Our focus was to bring this emerging suburb to life, creating the future vision of Melrose Park.
On completion, Melrose Park will consist of approximately 6,000 new dwellings, a retail centre, parklands and community facilities. As much of the final design is still in the planning stages, we needed to create buildings, site and landscaping interpreted from reference material.
Our extensive knowledge of creating highly realistic urban regeneration masterplan communities, allowed us to produce images and animations on an impressive scale. Our methodology and technical approach provided PAYCE the flexibility to continually meet the changing design and deliverables of an evolving project.
